2020 is coming and it’s a great time to do some self reflection.
Right now is a time to be PROUD of you.
Right now a time to reflect on how you’ve grown and changed.
It’s a time to have compassion for yourself about what maybe didn’t go so great.
Right now is a time to evaluate your life.
Do you like yourself?
Do you like the kind of mom you are?
Do you like what you do with your time?
Do you like being married to your spouse?
Whatever you answer to these then ask WHY? Why yes or why no?
One of the things that I am working on in 2020 is finding out more about me. What do I like? Answering all these questions. I have a saying that I’m trying to implement more and that is, “create before I consume.” AND “look inward before looking outward.” Both these phrases help me to keep MY priorities the way I want them.
What thoughts are holding you back in the areas of your life that you want to change? Do you want to:
-feel more fulfilled,
-get more organized,
-spend your time better?????
With coaching I am learning that ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
With coaching I have come to realize that maybe I can do those things I thought I couldn’t. I have had many limiting beliefs that I didn’t even realize I had. A coach helps you see those and overcome those. A coach helps you see the blind spots in your life.
You’re probably thinking I don’t need a coach I can do it all myself and listen to podcasts. TRUE. We are so blessed with SO much information that you can find anything you are looking for. BUT, a coach is the key to implementation. It’s one thing to know how to lose weight or get organized it’s another to actually do it.
Coaching is the application and the HOW TO. We hear you need to love unconditionally and have empathy for your kids. I was like how? Well, now I know how. A coach has helped me change my life for the better.
I will forever be thankful that I got into all this coaching and decided to become a life coach. My desire is to help as many people as possible and to teach them the tools that I have learned that have improved my life.
Jim Fortin says, “Self worth and self love come from self acceptance.” He also said, “I treat myself like I perceive myself.”
